CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and
easy-to-follow moves . The routines feature interval training
sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are
combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
Experience an absolute blast of calorie-burning,
body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements.
Kickboxing:
Combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to
provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Kickboxing is
also a great way to get a total body workout while learning
simple
self-defense
moves.
Boot Camp:
involves calisthenics like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and
other body weight exercises. In boot camp, your challenge is to
take your body to its limit. You work, you sweat and, best of
all, you burn calories like crazy.
Pump: Resistance training is one of the fastest ways to get in shape. This
class will use barbells/free weights to target every major
muscle group. Compare to a personal training session in a group
setting. Remember, the more muscle you have, the more calories
you will burn. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Kick Pump:
A combination of Kickboxing and Pump using barbells and free weights mixed
with elements of boxing, martial arts and aerobics.
Core:
is the focus of this class. You will learn proper technique and
form and discover the effectiveness of the two. This class is a
must in your training regimen. Oh, and a six pack isn't so bad
either!
Yoga:
This is a 60 minute class that will include 26 classic Bikram
poses performed one time each. This class is designed to stretch
and tone the entire body. Great class for those new to Yoga and
also for the experienced Yoga student.
Yoga Fit:
Designed to improve the health,
performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals
interested in improving their level of fitness. It blends
balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format.
The YogaFit style reduces the risk of injury and Augments
recovery for ailments including stress, lower back pain and
tension.
Lower Body Blast: This class will consist of 30 minutes of complete attention to the lower
body. A variety of equipment will be used, including free
weights, tubing, ball, and your own body's resistance. Great
class for the quads, hamstrings, and glutes.
Spin-N-Up: Whether you are a spin lover or still a little indifferent about indoor
cycling, this class offers the perfect amount of bike time. The
instructor will alternate between short distances on the bike
followed by upper body resistance training. You won't leave
this class without a great lower AND upper body workout!
Spin: Let us take you on a ride that will mimic the real outdoors. This class
does it all, incorporating strength, endurance and interval
training through a series of hill climbs and flat road sprints.
If you haven't tried spinning yet, wait no longer. All fitness
levels are welcome.
Quick Spin:
This class offers a quick ride
condensed down to 30 minutes. If your looking for a
calorie-burning, energizing, fun workout, This Is It !!
Cardio
Pump: Combines intervals of weight training mixed with cardio segment to boost
your metabolism.
Muscle
Mix: Class
may utilize weights, resistance bands, and body ball. This is an
all over body toning class.
Triple
Fit: Combing
movements of cardio workout, upper body, lower body with
weights.
Silver
Sneakers: Classes designed exclusively for older adults who want to improve their
strength, flexibility, balance and endurance.
Sports
Performance:
Sports Performance is a high Performance training coupled with a
high performing coaching staff geared toward training athletes
of all ages and sporting backgrounds.
