At Club Fitness we have designed a facility that will provide you with a total fitness experience. We not only provide physical means of fitness, but can also strengthen your emotional fitness with yoga, Pilates, and other group fitness classes.

Strength Training

Pump: Resistance training is one of the fastest ways to get in shape. This class will use barbells/free weights to target every major muscle group. Compare to a personal training session in a group setting. Remember, the more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn.  Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Core strength: is the focus of this class. You will learn proper technique and form and discover the effectiveness of the two.  This class is a must in your training regimen.  Oh, and a six pack isn't so bad either!

Cardio Pump: Feeling like there is never enough time for your cardio and strength training?  This is the class for you! This class will alternate 4-5 minute cardiovascular segments with 1-2 minute resistance training intervals. You will increase your strength while burning fat.  Modifications can be shown for those unable to use weights.  This class offers something for everyone!

Yoga: This is a 60 minute class that will include 26 classic Bikram poses performed one time each. This class is designed to stretch and tone the entire body. Great class for those new to Yoga and also for the experienced Yoga student.

Pilates: This class is designed to improve flexibility, mobility and core strength. Resistance equipment may be used in work out. All are welcome.

Lower Body Blast: This class will consist of 30 minutes of complete attention to the lower body.  A variety of equipment will be used, including free weights, tubing, ball, and your own body's resistance.  Great class for the quads, hamstrings, and gluts.

Upper Body Blast: This class will consist of 30 minutes of complete attention to the upper body. A variety of equipment will be used, including free weights, tubing, ball, and your own body's resistance. Great class for Great arms.

Body Ball: This is a toning class using the exercise ball and your own body's resistance. Class will focus on strengthening  the upper and lower body while keeping the core engaged

Cardiovascular Training

Cardio Pump: Feeling like there is never enough time for your cardio and strength training?  This is the class for you! Per4mance: Take 4 minutes of cardiovascular training, 4 minutes of lower body resistance training, and 4 minutes of upper body resistance training- Repeat 4 times and you will have completed a Per4mance class. This workout will be super challenging and will guarantee to target all areas of the body. Don't miss this class 

Circuit Challenge: Challenge yourself by completing a series of stations designed to keep your heart pumping and your mind engaged in your workout.  Moving quickly from station to station is a great cardiovascular and strength challenge. This class will fly by!!

Spin-N-Up: Whether you are a spin lover or still a little indifferent about indoor  cycling, this class offers the perfect amount of bike time. The instructor will alternate between short distances on the bike followed by upper body resistance training.  You won't leave this class without a great lower AND upper body workout!

Cycle: Let us take you on a ride that will mimic the real outdoors. This class does it all, incorporating strength, endurance and interval training through a series of hill climbs and flat road sprints. If you haven't tried spinning yet, wait no longer. All fitness levels are welcome.

All classes need your support to stay on the schedule.  A continuation of 5 or less will put that class on hold until further notice.
